AI Disclosure

Last updated · June 19, 2026

AI in Kleos assists you — it does not replace your judgment. Here is where it shows up, its limits, and your responsibilities.

Where Kleos uses AI

Kleos uses artificial intelligence to assist your work. We disclose this plainly so you always know when a feature is AI-powered.

  • Ask Kleos — a conversational assistant that reads your live workspace data through tools and answers questions or proposes actions.
  • Creator scoring & discovery — ranking and brand-fit signals to surface relevant creators.
  • Outreach drafting — generating suggested messages and sequences in your brand voice.
  • Triage & summaries — summarizing errors, tickets and activity into next steps.

Human in the loop — nothing acts on its own

AI in Kleos assists; it does not decide for you. Any action that changes your data (adding a creator, moving a stage, setting tracking, launching a sourcing run, sending a message) is staged for your explicit approval first. You review and confirm before anything happens.

AI can be wrong

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or out of date. We never present AI estimates as guaranteed facts, and we don't fabricate metrics — figures come from your real data. Always review AI suggestions before sending, publishing or relying on them. Do not treat AI output as legal, financial, or professional advice.

Your FTC and advertising responsibilities

When you run endorsements, paid partnerships, gifting or affiliate campaigns, you are responsible for honest advertising and clear disclosures under the FTC's Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules in your market. This includes disclosing material connections with creators and ensuring claims are truthful and substantiated.

If you publish content that was generated or materially edited with AI, disclose it where required and make sure it is not deceptive. Kleos provides tools, not legal compliance — the disclosures on your campaigns are yours to make.

Which AI providers process your prompts

To deliver these features, prompt content and the necessary workspace context may be sent to third-party AI providers in a fallback cascade. Prompt text is not stored by Kleos for training. See our Subprocessors page for the current list of AI providers and what they receive.

Training

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private workspace content to train third-party foundation models. Where a provider's API is used, we rely on configurations that exclude your content from provider model training to the extent the provider offers it.

Your controls

AI-assisted features are optional aids. You can choose not to use Ask Kleos or AI drafting, and you can edit or discard any AI suggestion before it is used. Questions about AI processing of personal data are covered by your rights in our Privacy Policy.
